Hi Everyone! I’ve been a Christian since I was 10. I used to go to “God Squad” at Dorchester Middle School. This was run by a Teacher we called “Mr T.”. During a Youth Alpha Course, Mr T. spoke about being a Christian and I was really challenged. It was a Thursday and we had P.E. that afternoon. Halfway through the P.E. lesson I prayed the prayer Mr T. had told us about and became a Christian.

As many of you know I have Asperger’s Syndrome and this has meant I find it more difficult to do some things other people find easy.

Being a Christian makes a real difference. I have had times when life has been very hard. I have felt so low that I have wanted to take my own life. God has been there for me during the tough times And I believe he has spoken to me on these occasions, telling me I must not harm myself.

My family and I believe that God has a plan for my life, but it is not always easy to know what this is. I am looking for a job, but haven’t found one yet. However, I aim to make a difference with my life and am currently busy with voluntary work at Oxfam. I want to be Baptised because I believe God is calling me to be Baptised. It is also one of the 3 things Jesus asked his Followers to do – Repent, Believe and Be Baptised!
